Why Zosia Resigned from GRASP - the Global and Regional Asperger Syndrome Parntership

Recently, I resigned from my official position on the Advisory Board of GRASP for two related reasons. One, I thought that as an Advisory Board member, I would have some say in GRASP's direction and activities. Because I haven't had any impact on policy, philosophy, goals, or choices, certain decisions have been made that I would never have made if it were up to me. You can see my resignation letter here. My hope is that despite differences, both as individuals and as organizations we can continue to collaborate in the future on what we all agree is vitally important: improving the quality of life for those on the autism spectrum.
